Neatly is operated by Mladen Antic LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications.

Neatly is an all-in-one productivity platform that provides various tools and features including, but not limited to:

  • Kanban boards and project management
  • Smart notes and document management
  • Calendar and event scheduling
  • Journal and personal reflection tools
  • Mind mapping and brainstorming
  • AI-powered features and automation
  • File storage and conversion
  • Invoice generation and management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Mladen Antic LLC. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. User Content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mladen Antic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mladen Antic LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
