Yes. The Free plan gives you access to all core tools with sensible limits (boards, notes, tables, Gantt charts, planner, calendar, journal, mind maps, whiteboards, invoices, file storage, document summarizer, and recording notes), plus monthly AI credits so you can try Nia in your everyday work.
Unlimited includes everything in Free but removes the main usage caps: you get effectively unlimited boards, notes, tables, Gantt charts, planner items, mind maps, whiteboards, invoices, recordings, and document summaries, higher file storage, and full access to Nia with unlimited AI requests.
Free is designed for getting started, with per-item and monthly limits across tools and AI; Unlimited is for heavy, daily use, lifting those limits across the workspace and giving you unlimited Nia AI usage.
Nia AI is available directly inside Neatly—helping you edit boards, notes, tables, mind maps, Gantt charts, and calendar schedules, as well as summarize documents, refine writing, and brainstorm from the Ask Nia sidebar. Free users get a limited number of AI requests each month, while Unlimited users can use Nia as much as they like.
